We have reached the last week of our season! Good luck to all members who are off to run their half or full marathon this weekend! And to all members who are running: Marine Corps, New York, Philly,and various other fall races. Congrats to our half marathoners who already completed the Applefest Half! and to our first year triathlon team members who completed their triathlons! If you're looking to run a winter marathon, this year, the USA FIT Marathon & Half Marathon will be held in Sugar Land, Texas on January 10, 2010. This spectator friendly 8- hour course is open to all athletes from walkers to Boston qualifiers. To register, go to www.usafitmarathon.com

Welcome to Boston Fit. We are a training program
for runners with the goal of completing
the Chicago or Hartford Marathon, or BAA Half Marathon. Our coaches are devoted
to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating,
fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive
day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs,
access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Boston Fit marathon training t-shirt.
Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape
or finishing a marathon, and I'm sure they will
tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel
fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a
short 23 weeks.
Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or
marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most
enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in
the best shape of your life.
Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your
shoes? That's okay, come out and join
us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging
from getting in shape to running. You will
have fun and meet other
people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish
your fitness goals.
