Next Meeting (Week 6): Saturday June 15th at 7:00am at Train Boston

This week we’re meeting at another new location, Train Boston at 34 Washington Street in Wellesley, where we’ll hear from one of their personal trainers on how strength training can help us run stronger and with fewer injuries!  This week also brings a new, earlier meeting time so that we can try to beat the heat (summer is nearly here!).  See you there!
